Chicken Horse

Elliot's actual birthday came around when we were in McLean. He got to celebrate the best way imaginable: with unlimited Ultimate Chicken Horse- a Nintendo Switch game that Max introduced us to. My siblings were champs about taking marathon shifts trying to fill is insatiable appetite for Chicken Horse.

The obsession with Chicken Horse took hold strongly, and when Elliot got home he saved up money to buy himself the game. He delved deep into the settings and figured out all these different modes you can play, and how to make custom point systems where you can only win by making traps instead of completing the levels (pure Elliot chaos right there).

Since then he has gotten pretty good mileage of inviting friends over to play with him. There was also a point in time where he would play real life Chicken Horse, which was pretty much "the floor is lava" with some black holes and arrows for good measure.

Chicken Horse: Living Room Edition

Thank you, Chicken Horse, for introducing my son to the blue monkey victory dance. I hope he keeps doing it forever.
